刘洁,女,药物化学专业博士,副教授,硕士生导师。2004年本科毕业于中国药科大学理科基地专业,2009年获得中国药科大学药物化学专业博士学位,同年留校任教于31399金沙娱场城有机化学教研室。于2014年9月至2015年9月作为访问学者赴澳大利亚莫纳什大学进行为期一年的研究工作, 2015年晋升为副教授。现主要研究方向为,以天然产物为先导化合物,进行新型多耙点药物的设计与合成;利用计算机辅助药物设计,在小分子库中寻找新型心血管药物、神经系统药物、抗肿瘤药物结构,并作为先导化合物,进行构效关系研究,同时研究其与靶点的作用模式,从而进一步寻找获得新型心血管药物、神经系统药物和抗肿瘤药物分子的新药候选化合物。先后主持国家自然科学基金青年项目1项,参与国家自然科学基金面上项目2项,国家重点实验室基金2项。在药物化学和有机化学多个重要SCI期刊发表论文20余篇,申请发表专利多项。
